Message: It surely is a converation "piece" while waiting for your meal.--I love plates and bought several birdie-ones with butterflies (yep I love them also )and floral scenes then -I recently saw a bunch at a thrift store identical to mine with a rack--for less than paid for one--so I will just love them anyway!---------cute story!!!

Message: I think you are in charge of making sure the plates above the menu board get the 3M grippy tape. Katrina tries not to go in unless she has to work. I know she'll pay you in chicken and brie to do it!!

Message: Your typos are showing! 'Platers'? And Freud would be proud of you saying you were using plate 'hangars.' Obviously you think of your daughter often! All in all, wonderful pictures. I'd have been right with you when it came to placing the plates with the dogs running in the 'correct' direction. Good story!
I'll give you hangar/hanger one and blame it on my pilot daughter! But we were hanging plates, not platters.

Message: I just found your blog. I live in England. I loved this posting because I collect plates; small ones, large ones and soup plates. I have way too many. I love reading about your life, and your mom's and the animals. Where is this restaurant?
