Message: Tammy, this is heartbreaking. I have to commend you on doing all this wonderful work and you've inspired me to volunteer at a shelter. Your writing is so poignant and spurs the reader into action. And I wish I knew why people are so cruel to animals and wildlife. You are certainly doing your part to curtail that so I'll do a little thing and spread the word--I'm going to retweet your posting.
Also, thank you for your lovely comment on my last blog posting -- I'm going to email you the pic so that you can make a puzzle out of it. BTW, how is that done? I've seen mention on the National Geo site!
